Brett spent much of his time growing up in Alberta cities with a few of his younger years spent in North Vancouver. He made the move to Vancouver in 2003 and settled in Kitsilano and still pinches himself when walking or biking this beautiful city in all seasons.
Before becoming a realtor, Brett built an Information Technology services business and enjoyed investing in real estate across BC and Alberta. With more than 20 years providing outstanding customer service, marketing and sales experience Brett is committed to providing the same service for people buying and selling real estate.
On the listing side his sellers have realised 99.3% of asking in aggregate, and more than half of those homes met or beat their list price.
